I'm on my way (CD) / Jean-Luc Differdange

My first studio album, titled "Jean-Luc Differdange - Chansons / Winfried Bode - Songrock", was released as a split album in 1977. For the 2017 anniversary, after 40 years, my 13th studio album "When I was young" was released.

After "Peace is just a word" in 2020, "I’m on my way" is released as the 15th studio album. This album features only one previously unreleased song, titled "L’amour et l‘amitié". The other 11 songs are remakes, 9 of which are in a different language.

All 11 songs were first released in my early work, between 1977 and 1990. These songs are particularly close to my heart.

Wulf Hanses-Ketteler took over the production. He also wrote the arrangements and recorded the songs. The backing vocals were sung by Christine Ladda. Hammond organ on "Give me love": Christoph Schlüssel. Bansuri Flute on "Si l’amour existe": Brahm Heidl. I played the Ovation acoustic guitar myself.

The album was recorded at Huby Road Studio by Wulf Hanses-Ketteler in Bedburg/Germany.

I am very happy to have completed "I’m on my way" and am very pleased with the result.
